Menso for a cracking good time day or night
Most disgraceful service ever. Did not have us booked in, we had 2 single rooms booked (as we were on a business trip) and she tried to give us the managers apartment which was one room and when we refused she finally got us 2 separate rooms (we thought) only to have a man already in my room. Finally got the rooms for the night sorted out and promised that the correct rooms would be allocated the next day only to get locked out of the hotel with the keys deactivated at 10am event though we were staying for 3 nights!
