The apartment itself and the location are great . The staff are appalling though. Considering it's a not for profit allegedly family housing organisation. I raised a genuine safety concern about a gap in the deck that a child could fit through. Staff’s response was basically “supervise your child” with zero concern or action. That’s not okay.
