I used Men's wearhouse for the first time and it will be the last. The store sent me a text stating I did not return my suit. They will not answer the phone. Corporate will not answer their phone. Now I have to file a police report. Do not use Men's Wearhouse!!
Stores by this brand can be hit or miss, but the blatant lies on the website are by the corporate office, like claims of 24/7 to "chat with a member of our support team" that is an A.I. bot that struggles with any question, then tells you to call during normal hours
Mixed review. In store experience: 8/10. Online orders: shipping issues after shipping issue. Online orders placed on Saturday (5/31) paid for rush delivery at a premium cost. Shipping Method: Fedex Priority Overnight. On Sunday(6/1), the item was marked as "shipped" by MW. My online MW account shows the item to be delivered today (6/3) As of today(6/3), Tuesday afternoon, Fedex tracking shows the "label created waiting on the package." The store near me advertised that they had a tailor who would alter garments bought outside of Men's Wearhouse, so I took in a pair of slacks that needed to be cuffed. The tailor cut the slacks about 5 inches too short, and the store manager would not pay for the slacks. He only refunded me the cost of the alterations. So they ruined a pair of $150 slacks and then would not pay for them. Totally unacceptable!
I want to make it abundantly clear that this 5-star review is strictly for an employee named Zac at the Ft. Myers, Florida location. I completely understand the 1- and 2-star reviews, as I encountered similar issues. However, thanks to Zac, he turned my experience around and saved the day.
