I wish I could give it a -5. Been two months now and my suit is still not correct. Been in this store 5 times now. How are you guys this bad when this is all that you do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you read this.
Absolutely love this store. Nothing but top notch service and amazingly high quality men's clothing. Originally came in to get a couple new suits for my new job, Josh is amazing. Started buying the casual line as well... this place has helped me dress for success, both professionally and in my personal life. Nothing but great things to say about Josh and the team there!!!
We went in to return a tux that my fiancé had rented for his best friends wedding. The lady who helped us was very rude. Informed us that it was due back the day before but no one had told us that it was due back that day. She proceeded to basically call my fiancé a liar. Very awful customer service in my opinion. We were going to look into renting tuxedos for our wedding while we were there but we left after that. I will not use Men's Wearhouse for our wedding.
I could kick myself for not remembering our sales person's name. He was excellent. I will follow up after the alterations are complete.
They lied to us in the store about a vest coming in a tall, so two days before the wedding we get them and the one looks ridiculous on the one groomsman. Never going back here. They were totally useless and wouldn't even try to help us fix the situation just kept saying while the man who helped you doesn't work here any more and I'm new....Thanks for ruining all my groomsman photos. Telling everyone I know to never go here
Very unhappy with this store. My son's tux was missing buttons the tie didn't match and the shirt was the wrong color. 217$ and he didn't "like the way he looked"
