Terrible Customer Service. They apparently lose measurements and screw up, then don’t allow a small child to use the restroom while they correct the mistakes they made. RUDE and very unkind.

I asked for a refund on a custom suit order placed 23 hours earlier. I was told I could not request a refund until the suit was made and shipped to the location which would be in 5 weeks. That is some ridiculous nonsense... I find being lied to by "the manager" reason enough not to shop at this or any other location for the foreseeable future.
