I’m so disappointed in this salespeople at this Anchorage, AK. location. My husband wanted to buy a three piece suit and shoes. Three sales associates, and no one approached us. I picked up a sued camel color sports jacket and had my husband try it on with a shirt, and a associate passed us in the fitting room and I asked if they were getting ready to close because I didn’t see no customers and she said they were still open for two more hours. This place is a joke. I rented a suit for a wedding. A month ago I went and got sized and tried on suits. Initially the woman gave me pants that were literally 12 sizes too big. I told her and then tried on pants that kinda fit. When I picked up my suit the day of the wedding, they gave me the original sizes. Pants were 12 sizes too big, the shirt was 2 sizes too big. This place was great! My first time ever getting fitted for a tux and renting. My event is out of state and was completely surprised that I can pick it up at my destination! I would definitely recommend to anyone! It wasn’t busy on a Thursday, however it took a minute to be greeted. I’d still go back!
Tiffany is AMAZING!! My husband needed a suit for our daughter's wedding. We went in to rent one. Tiffany took such great care and now my husband owns a suit for about what we would have rented one for! She really knows what she is doing and went above and beyond!! Thank you!!
To our horror, we realized as my husband was getting ready for an interview in about 2 weeks that two of the wrist cuff buttons on his suit jacket had gotten crushed! Took it in, they are going to fix it - by replacing ALL the buttons - and get this, no charge! I was so thrilled. They really came through for us in a pinch. It's not that I couldn't sew on buttons, but I wanted them to look perfect and professional, so the fact that they would do that is just fabulous. Thank you!!!!!!!! Customers for life.
Jimmy and I went into to get fitted for our wedding for May 13 and it was a little busy but we were able to get in right away and both our orders put in. I can't remember the name of the person who helped us but she was amazing! She knew her job very well.

They completely took advantage of my elderly father, who went looking for one suit for a wedding outside of the country. Came out with 1400$ worth of crap he didn't need after being told he would "get one free". Then the order was not ready as promised.
