I take a medication that can lower testosterone and recommended to pair testosterone while on it. I found this place on my own to get tested and scheduled an appointment. My appointment was scheduled out 4 months which I thought was crazy. Had my appointment postponed 3 different time due to the doctor being out of office the days of my appointment. This place is completely impossible to get a hold of. My husband and I have each tried calling countless times over the past few months. Will leave you on hold so long that we have had to give up each time (over an hour). Sometimes they give you an option to get a call back but when we have selected that option, when the call comes it just puts you right back on hold. At this point I wonder if they even exist???? Honestly it’s infuriating.
Had a very good experience here. Staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Not too much to say more than that. Dr. Choy was very professional and helpful!
