First, the new barber was very friendly and welcoming- that was never an issue throughout the haircut. However, I told her I wanted my hair cut a certain way- not rounded on the corners, a 4-5 on the top, etc. I don't know if she just wasn't listening, but she ended up rounding my haircut off by a huge degree, cutting off way too much on top, it's almost a mohawk now but it's not even even on the top (there are peaks and valleys everywhere with a really pointy spot on the top). Pam is the absolute best. I love how you can choose from a range of services. You can easily pick a quick and easy trim or go all out with a facial and brows or whatever you have time for. The quality and care is there and the shop has a great atmosphere and location.
My boo goes to the Men's Den for his beard. They already do a really good job and creating shape and building a maintenance plan with him. He really loves and always looks great afterwards.
