Complete waste of time and unfulfilled promises. I understand the treatment might not work for all and I accepted that. But the money back guarantee was a bold face lie. Once I started to contact management for a reimbursement, after the office staff had put in the recommendation for reimbursement, the management responded once that reimbursement was on its way, but here we are six months later and they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Complete fraud.
The KC staff is very nice and easy to work with. I pre-tested in the top 10% and opted to schedule 6 visits to start. I saw a short term improvement and after the 6 weeks, paid for another 6 weeks. The results were not good. I was told to wait 30 days and then come in for another test. I called 3 times and emailed twice and no one has responded. I have since gotten other treatment through acupuncture and Chinese herbs and my problem is gone. Metro Men's health has been a waste of time and money.
Relaxing, fun, friendly environment that sets you at ease when facing a very embarrassing moment in your life. Highly recommend, they treat you like family.
