I had my first appointment today for a full set of eyelash extensions. Olena is very welcoming, professional and kind. Her room is clean, warm and cozy with a comfortable bed and a heated blanket. She was very patient with me, explaining in detail, what was involved and what results to expect for the different types of eyelash extensions, as I was undecided on what type of extensions I wanted. I wanted to try getting a lash lift to make my "getting ready" maintenance routine a little easier. I found Olena and absolutely loved her and her services. She explained the entire process to me, gave me after care instructions and did an amazing job with my lift. My eyelashes look amazing and I didn't need to worry about curling them. I'm going back now for my 2 months followup to get them redone and I can't wait.
