First time seeing her for lash extensions. Olena is professional, explains the process, after care. She is thorough and I appreciate that she had me fill out intake forms to make sure I had no contraindications. I recommend her and will be back to see her again if needed.
I had the most amazing experience at MeNova! As a recent immigrant who is still learning English, I was a bit nervous at first, but the staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable.My lash lift needed a quick touch-up, and they were so accommodating and fixed it right away at no charge.
