Seems like a competent bike shop but we were quoted $120 for a repair that ended up being $288 due to more issues found during the repair and they never called to confirm we still wanted it done, they just did the job. Unfortunately $288 exceeds the value of the bike and we would have just bought a used one on Marketplace had we known the cost. You need to tell your customer when the price is going to more than double especially on an old beater bike.
Without a doubt the friendliest bike shop I’ve been to. Detective Andy fixed by creaking bike when nobody else could figure out what was wrong!! I’d recommend anybody bring their bike here.
I am so grateful to have found this location. They were super helpful, thoughtful, and pricing conscious. A lot of value in this place and I’ll certainly be coming back!
I brought my son's bike here to get a little TLC and the staff were incredible. So friendly call Mom patient, knowledgeable. I learned a lot. This is where I'm going from now on for all my bike care.
