Called for a roadside on a Thursday at 2pm, the boss there told me he will have someone there at 4PM. Waited until 4:30PM and when i called he said his guy is running behind and cant come until later and he will send someone in since it was 15 degrees out and truck was off having a starting issue. The next day at 2pm he showed up to look at it for an hour and said he will send a truck to tow to show to figure out issue. No one showed up until Saturday at Noon.
