Glad to see this office closing. Staff don’t pick up the phone and get pissed if you ask them to fax something???? So odd? She literally told me that I could do it myself? Please let me know how I can’t send faxes from my portal? Not possible
We had an excellent experience with the staff. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating and understood our medical needs and concerns. Jessica was great!
Nurse was nice, office calls with both normal and abnormal results (which I never had before!). Finally getting some answers after being to other doctors here on the shore who were zero help.
Staff have become very unprofessional and do not provide excellent customer service at all.
I just moved from California and was very nervous having to find a doctor. Early March my daughter recommended her doctors office. Jessica Bas, NP was assigned to me. It was about the greatest appointment I've ever had and I'm 68 years old. She gave me all the time in the world. On top of being brilliant she's got a great sense of humor. She called me with my blood result's! That's NEVER happened in California!!.What a breath of fresh air!! I hope I have her the rest of my life!! Karin Knott
