I attended Eldercare at Menno Haven, Chambersburg, PA starting May 31, 2024 into fall 2024. I suffered a serious fall October 2024, hospitalized 8 days, then to inpatient physical rehab therapy 10 days, after discharge home, physical therapy came to my home for 4 weeks. I tried returning to Elder Care in late November 2024, however, when I returned, my required physical therapy was not provided. Visited family. She reports she is very happy and comfortable there.
If I can give 0 stars I would, these ppl are racist and played a lot of favoritism. Their are very little good nurses but the majority have attitudes and sloppy with they work maybe because they’re miserable from being in the same horrible facility all they life but I’ve seen countless elderly ppl who still had time to live come in fine and all of a sudden health go down hill. I would not work here or recommend anyone bring they family members here.
if you don’t know your way around it’s difficult to find specific buildings
