Horrible service and overpriced. We have corrosion on the top of water heater from electrolysis on the copper pipe. Provided full details of the issue with photographs (attached) ahead of the appointment. Jim came out to look and give an estimate. Did not bring a single tool into the house. Spent most of the time sitting in his truck saying he was “calling the office”. Jimmy was great came in and fixed my issue quick and was very freindly
Was not happy with the quality of service. I had them out to replace a leaky relief valve. Fast forward to the next year it’s leaking again. They come out again, spend maybe 5-10 mins looking at the system and quote me a nearly $1000 pressure package replacement. At that point I had another company come out that actually performed a thorough diagnostic and isolated it to a faulty expansion tank which they replaced for only a few hundred. Just didn’t get the sense the Menillo crew cared to be thorough
bill came out and handled my burst pipe quick and saved my holiday !
