This carrier was tasked with delivering two large furniture items to my home. One item was damaged in transit (Item A) and needed to be returned to the store I bought it from. The other item (Item B) was supposedly fine and on track for scheduled delivery. Cue delivery day: The carriers arrive 8 hours before the scheduled window, when we are not ready for them.
