Service is good and always fast. However, the last two times I have tried to schedule service on your site I got a confirmation email only to get a text saying it was cancelled. Only to call and be told the online system can’t account for availability, so why continue to use this as an option. Additionally, a call to reschedule would be appreciated since the system can’t provide accurate information.
Quick service for oil change and tire rotation. And also checking out a few other minor items. Mechanic also talked to me about minor items. Knowledgeable staff in service department very impressed.
We are on our 3rd vehicle including a very nice Mazda 3 for our daughter. They treat us like family so we want our family to continue to be a part of their success for generations.
I have went there two times, and I always ask for Steven drinkwine, he is very communicative and works hard to get vehicles done in a effectively fast way. We will be back again if there's more to be fixed.
They canceled my appointment twice in 1 month. 1st time I got a text. So I rescheduled the appointment. Got to the shop the guy was like "what are you doing here"? In a rude voice. Then was told my appointment was canceled. Confused I was wondering why? They blame me right away saying I canceled it. Told them no, I didn't.
