I bout a TYM494 from Menk. The support I have received, in particular by JJ Kaufman, is the best part of the deal. When I had a problem, he was on it immediately. My first contact with them was quite a few years ago when I had an older tractor, and a price of equipment that I broke. I took parts there, and during that same visit they machined and welded a part for me, which I used for many years. If you are looking at farming equipment, parts, or help problem solving, I would recommend them. Greg C.

They came out, verified the tractor wasn’t working correctly, brought it back to their shop, found the problem, fixed it and brought it back out to me. Recently purchased a Branson 35 horse tractor from Menk Machinery, worked with JJ, and had a great overall experience. No used car salesman here. Never felt pushed into buying something we didn't need. JJ showed us around the lot, talked to us about what the needs are on our farm, and gave us options to consider.
