Sugar ,tea & coffee weren't replenished when the room was serviced. The fridge was incredibly noisy. The bed was made by just pulling up the doona and sheet. The room was very old & tired. The in house TV options were non existant. I had stayed a few years ago, then there was a restaurant and bar and fantastic service. I won't be going back. We were extremely disappointed to say the least.
Very old beds that are older than my grandparents and uncomfortable staff don’t know how to make up beds or clean rooms properly bathroom very slippery and water goes onto the floor no breakfast service all thou it is stated on there site would not recommend to stay
Absolutely fantastic stay! The motel was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room had everything I needed, and the location was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great value for money, and I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
Had a fantastic stay at Meninya Palms Moama! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and the facilities were well maintained. It was peaceful, relaxing, and great value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moama. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
