Finally convinced my husband to go to the emergency room to get his pain taken care of after THREE days! He goes to the hospital they do nothing for the pain and send him home with an rx... called to speak to the charge nurse and he was a piece of work! "Er is always busy.. today we had.. ( gives examples of patients seen) we gave him an rx what did you want me to do give narcotic injections?" Hope you want to see what their morgue is like, because that's where you'll end up if you go here. Horrible place. More of a sanitorium than an hospital.
Went in for right face, neck and chest pain. It's true you go in and out real quick but no help at all. They said I had Muscle strain and ignored all my other symptoms that I told them I had been having. A muscle strain was not at ask what I had. Staff is friendly but no help no test no nothing to help!
Wasn't the worse emergency room visit I have had.. 4 stars because it took about 2.5 hours to received any relief from the pain, and 6.5 hours to admit me. I went in about Midnight with such pain in my right abdomen. I had to wait outside while my husband filled out papers because I could not stop throwing up. I was there for about an hour and a half before anyone could see me, and the whole time I laid in the floor next to a trash can because I could not sit on the chair or stop throwing up. Great Hospital! Restructuring. Great Help there.
I had the fortunate experience to be in the ICU for 3 days. fortunate because I have never been treated so well. They really cared & showed it by being there whenever I needed help & when you are so vulnerable that means the world. Albiet it's a pretty exclusive club. The rich hospitals have nothing on Menifee.
I only gave it a star so I could get on. I was in E.R, per ambulance. When I was discharged from E.R, I was still sick with my head in a pan (Nausea). I will not give details as I know the medical field at times tracks and pegs a patient. I use to work in it. I would not even take one of my pets to Menifee Hospital through their E.R. All that is written above is correct as far as their Doctor's. The rest of their staff were very kind. They do what the Doctor order's. Dr Butcher is in the wrong profession. Worst hospital ever!!! Nurses are rude, lazy & uncaring
I couldn't make it from my car to the er. I sat on the bench in front of the hospital trying to waive down one of the two paramedics that were in front. I even stopped an employee and told him I thought I was having a stroke. NO ONE HELPED. I called 911 and they asked me where I was. Two aids finally came out and put me in a wheelchair and dragged me by my feet since there were no pedals to hold them. I was admitted for a TIA. I couldn't even see the paperwork.
