bad customer service...we ordered a replacement window and when calling the person on the phone told us twice now to go over to pick it up...when my husband went, he was told to come back later...no one was there ...not good
I called and left a message after business hours. Stephanie called me back and was so nice I decided to go with this company instead of calling around. They came out and took care of my broken window. I live in Quail Valley.
