Useless management. I listened as they refused to help another customer on the phone. They said the office manager was "busy with other patients" when I saw her there and as she was telling the staff to lie to the customer on the phone. They all chuckled after the call and acted as though it was okay to lie.Very rude, dishonest and unprofessional. I left before treatment and will not be back.
I went to Menifee Dental for a bridge, root canal treatment, and three front caps. My Dentist is Dr. Soriano and I have to say he is the best dentist I have ever been to. Treatment was performed in a consistent and professional manner. Best part? No pain!! Salina (finance and billing) was very nice and helpful. Valerie (I'm not sure how to spell) made and fitted the bridge and caps and they turned out beautiful. Menifee Dental will have all of my future business!! Truly a great place!!
