Great service, price and product ! Our Mengel windows are durable and look beautiful. Co-owner Michael Woodson has personally been to the house more than once to make small adjustments on the windows. Hard to find that level of service these days. I highly recommend Mengel for anyone in the market for an all around pleasant experience when it comes to shopping for windows .
Mengel did a great job installing our windows, siding, and gutters several years ago. What’s most impressive to me is the continued service. Every time we have a window that fogs from the inside (only happened a few times over the past 10-ish years), they have been quick to replace the damaged sash.
Had a window sash replaced. Brett is great: responsive and professional. High-quality work. Mengel is top-notch.
