Our recently purchased home has replacement windows from Mengel Exteriors, installed by previous owner, but I noticed a small defect between the layers of glass. I had the installation paperwork and called Mengel. Liz was fantastic took all the information and called me back once the replacement sash was ready. Although I had not purchased anything from them, Mengel treated me with great respect and care. So, I will be using their services in the future!
Mengel did an excellent job, the windows were what we expected and the were courteous and did a great job.
