I had replacement windows installed by Mengel Exteriors in 2018. They came with a lifetime warranty and a thirty year transferable warranty. We had a problem with a sash and called Mengel. Brett was very helpful. He ordered the replacement promptly and arranged to install it upon receipt from the manufacturer. He was in and out in no time and resolved the problem. He even made an adjustment to another window that we asked about. The whole experience was a breeze. I highly recommend Mengel Exteriors.
Tim and Mengel exteriors have been wonderful to work with. They did a professional and timely job on our basement windows and they also installed a brand new back door for us. They have answered all of our questions and have gone above and beyond to complete the jobs. Highly recommend them!
Beware the glossy hype. They did windows for my house then ghosted me when I called for service and when I called about a replacement window. Other FAR less expensive options out there.
