I visited Cober Valley Health this morning - what a fabulous facility. Bright, airy and the staff are so welcoming. I was seen promptly, on time by Miss Alexandra Confaloni who immediately put me at ease with her professional and caring approach. Bravo and thank you.
New Surgery looks very smart , new and professional, great spacious layout ,lovely to see our lovely receptionists from Meneage Drs Surgery .
I had a Bupa work medical in March 2025, which recommended that I see a cardiologist within four weeks due to an abnormal ECG reading. However, my new doctor at the surgery has chosen to ignore the Bupa recommendation and instead wants to schedule a face-to-face appointment towards the end of May before taking any action. I wanted to post this review as I lived all over the country, used many different doctors surgery's over many years. This is by far the best surgery I have ever had the pleasure of frequenting. I have now moved away from Helston to Redruth, and I am struggling to receive treatment and my repeat prescriptions on time, leaving me without medication for days on end. I have been with the surgery for nearly 40 years and have always found the staff exceptionally helpful professional and friendly. This morning I had a potentially serious health concern…contacted the surgery through the NHS app and had an appointment diagnosis prescription and forward plan within hours!!! General Practice at its best…!!!
