I've been waiting a week for someone in management to call and apologize for the hack job one of the "stylists" did on my hair. She literally cut a chunk out of the side of my head and tried to cover it up by creating a new part and pulling hair from the other side, them teasing it. The only way to fix the damage was a VERY SHORT UNFLATTERING cut. She layered it by making three straight chops across the back of my head.
