Booked a 2:40pm appointment but didn’t see the doctor until 3:55pm. I needed to submit a sample to pathology, but it had already closed at 3:30pm by the time I finished. I was told I could go to Vic Park instead, which wasn’t reasonable after waiting over an hour. I understand clinics can run behind, but this was quite frustrating and felt like a poor use of my time.
Difficult to work with them, waiting time 40-60 min every time, even if you have the first appointment of the day.
When put on hold, a continual never ending and loud ringing sound is heard. Stop this!!
