I wish I could give this facility zero stars. I am absolutely disgusted at their lack of humanity. My brother was transferred there from Sinai after a traumatic brain injury. Levindale just pushed him right out the door. The incompetent social work did nothing to help prepare him for life on his own. She knew he was going back to his home where he lives alone. This place truly sucks last time I had a heart attack I went to Sinai I took a chance to wrote 8 Miles because all they going to do is send you the sign I have urgent ambulance anyway so why bother the African staff is highly rude the place just plain old sucks it's a training center half the people that's training the new people ain't got a year and they self so it's just a money pit they trying to get your money they run up a bill they sent me to a rehab that didn't do nothing but feed me so the place basically sucks anymo... read more
Very slow response in every Avenue. Even when the emergency room is not full. Wait time is long. I think it wants to deter patients from coming in. Maybe we nurses and doctors don’t want a job.
I have been seeing Dr. Gregory Booth for a serious viral infection. He is responsive, listens, caring, and overall, a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Booth.
The ER at Sinai Hospital is the worst ever. I would not recommend this ER to anyone. The knowledge and the communication skills of the staff in this hospital is a - 0. The only answer the staff will give you is “ I don’t know “, that is their respond to any question you ask. They will not provide you with your test results and they definitely will not share any updates regarding your condition , again answer is I don’t know. Northwest is the Best Hospital I have ever been in over my 79 years
BEWARE of this office scamming patients. They will LIE to you about something just to get you to come back for another appointment as they bill the insurance company again again for the patients every time they are told to come back. This place has cause my house hold hundreds of dollars for their mistake. So BEWARE that this does not happen to you. I would find another doctors office that is not with Health-Bridge or with Carroll Medical Group.
In my opinion, Northwest Hospital emergency room is the worst ER. I will rather die at home than ever go to Northwest ER. It's a complete waste of TIME. I got there around 1am due to abdominal pain and unbearable back pain. I did not see the physician assistant until 9am, I could have been in the comfort of my home bearing my pains if I had known. They kept me for a few more hours just to do a pelvic exam. The most interesting thing is that they did not do anything to help with the back pain. They focus entirely on an abdo... read more
