The actual doctors who see your animals are wonderful. The receptionist and whoever answers the phone are incredibly rude and very short with you. Could definitely use some work on their customer service skills.
I have been going to Stage Road for about three years. With 4 cats and a small dog, I see them quite often and I am always happy with my animals' treatment by Dr. Hackett. I have one cat with diabetes and one with kidney failure (both being treated and doing well). Sometimes the waiting room can be very hectic and there may be a bit of a wait, but no one has been rude to me...ever! I am very happy with their service and prices.
