Do not use this company if you are looking for an honest experience. Not only do we need to have foundation work re-done, but they will not respond to you when they know they may have to honor their own warranty. Very shady business practices.
These guys really take the time to explain what they are noticing in their free foundation assessments. I was very impressed at what I learned. Now I can be more vigilant and not risk expensive damage.
My very first foundation quote was from Carlos about a year before i got the work done. I got over 12 quotes each with estimates from 4k to 15k and none were consistent with others, so I called carlos back and he gave up an updated quoted said the foundation is sinking since he saw it a year ago so we finally reached an agreement.
