I wouldn’t recommend Mendota auto insurance to anyone ever in my life. They stole over $850 from me for a wrecked vehicle, claimed I would get a refund never sent refund then after hours and hours on the phone they sent me to a 3rd party to supposedly get my refund. Never recommend Mendota. “Melva” customer service stinks!! Can’t we get some helpful service for the $10,000 we paid?!

Worse insurance company.. rude they are unable to help when you have questions I had a car accident and they took 2 months to have something resolved. The adjuster Ashley was the worst she even hung up the calls when I was trying to get some answers I try so many ways emails,phone, calls ,voicemails she was so rude and one tine she answer I try to explain my situation and all she said I will call you back and hung up.. I have proof of EVERYTHING am writing.
