Came from MN to move a family member in excited as ever.. Until turnt the key and opened door to roaches, water damage, cracked cement walls, roach painted in wall, and non clean filthy not livable for any human.. but if no one reports these government funding programs nothing will ever change. But I am sending video to the public housing and the news. STOP SETTLING FOR LOW RENT AND STAND UP FOR WHAT IS UNLIVABLE CONDITIONS FOR EVEN AN ANIMAL
