I had been a client of Mendon Animal Clinic for over 25 years. I started going there because Dr. Fabricotti (previous owner) was such a fantastic Vet. When Dr. Michelle Delbecq purchased the practice I noticed things starting to change and not all for the better. My vet has been Dr. Amanda Poddles who is fantastic. Whenever my dog was seen by Dr. Delbecq there was attending vet there was always an upscale at the end of the visit. A multiple animal household is challenging but the vets, techs and support staff can always fit us in and always offer great advice and support including texting as follow up, if necessary. Great group of very knowledgeable professionals who make owning a pet even better.
RecommendedThe staff is very welcoming and reassuring. I've been to many vet offices and this facility is the best I have been too. They show compassion and emotion to their clients. My cat needed to cross the rainbow bridge. I was shocked at all they have done. They even sent me a condolence card a few days after. :)
Really great staff, they're good with both of my cats who have polar opposite personalities. I don't want to bring them anywhere else.
Our family has been going to Mendon Animal Clinic for over 18 years. They have helped care for our three dogs and one cat. The staff is friendly and caring. We highly recommend them.
Dr Holly Fabricotti was original owner after her dad retired. I loved her and so did my pets. She was gentle, thorough and really cared. Dr. Delbeque owns it now and she is very nice and seems to genuinely care for animals...BUT... she has hired 2 women Vets to do most of the general patients daily and she only comes in once a week now. These others are very nice ...BUT...not as caring, not as genuine, not as skilled in everyday things.
