I want to recommend Mendocino Gems for two reasons. First, the store is full of unique and gorgeous jewelry, reflecting the great taste of the owner, Judy. I bought a beautiful aquamarine ring, which was what I had spent months searching for. Second, Judy's follow-up service was impressive. Sadly, the stone fell out and was lost after about six months. When I called Judy, she asked me to send her the setting. She coordinated with the artist to replace it, free of charge. It took a little while, but she stands by her merchand... read more

I LOVE THIS STORE, The owner And the staff That supports her. Gorgeous jewelry with Excellent customer service . I purchased a necklace here, the necklace broke and they replaced it (not The charm) happily! I will never buy another piece of jewelry from anywhere else… why would you! Their collections are gorgeous!!
We love the Mendocino coast and we have looked and shopped in this store before. All their pieces are unique and beautiful. We found some diamond stud earrings with help and absolutely no pressure from Judy...'just try them on'! We will be back!! Thank you!
