I have eaten at Mendocino Farms many times and it's usually okay. This is a review for the service I had today after ordering online. When I ordered, I entered my name and phone number but the email address portion did not let me enter my full email. I assume this ended up being the problem but I figured everything went through just fine because it let me submit the order and Mendocino charged my card. Forgot what I ordered, but the food was delicious! Our server was nice, though I think the location had her overstimulated or maybe tired. Dinner rushes are usually like that. Regardless, she provided amazing customer service and was really nice! Would definitely stop by again.
I came to this particular location for the first time today, and I will say right off the bat, Esdras made an impression on me. He was clearly sitting on his break, and went out of his way to greet me and welcome me. I ordered my foot and what he had looked great, so I asked him and gave me a great recommendation. My catering order was placed a day after I needed it, I did not notice this until I arrived to pick up, and Rene and his team were super kind to make it on the spot! Literally saved me! Awesome team- would recommend this Mendo above any other I’ve visited 👍🏼
