The place needs more space inside to sit but the outside area is ok for a short time. Maybe add some fans to help keep the outside area cooler. Love the food.
RUN !! If you don’t like wasting time then don’t go here. This place is always extremely slow at delivering the food no matter what time of day. Very poorly managed.
We've eaten at the Mendocino Farms in Folsom a few times and we're really impressed with the freshness of the food and the way it was made. The food at this store was poorly prepared, with the lettuce being brownish and the not so fresh ingredients simply thrown together. The service staff were very pleasant, but the bathrooms were not looked after, with towels flowing out of the containers and no toilet paper, and the music was blaring over the speakers loudly. This place IS DELICOUS, but you can plan to wait an extra 15-30 mins beyond their estimated pick up time. If you ask them about your order, 15 mins after the estimated pick up time that your item(s) is still not ready, it seems like there is no urgency to fix the problem. (It seems) Your order is placed back in the queue (behind) all the other items being prepared.
