We first discovered this place about a year ago and, tbh, we were not immediately impressed... mostly because we ordered the wrong things, I think... But... The service was incredible. One of us ordered a salad and she did not like the dressing it came with. One of the employees (Willis) overheard her mention it and was Johnny on the spot offering to remake the salad with a different dressing. Months passed and we went back. Had an amazing experience at Mendocino Farms today. The restaurant was incredibly clean — bathrooms spotless, trash handled regularly, and the outdoor seating area was consistently wiped down and sanitized. The food was great, but the staff really made the visit special. Miah and Jerry were so kind and welcoming, and their personalities genuinely made me smile after a hard day.
