The wait for food pickup is wait.too too long. I was told 5 to 10 mins at first, then 30 mins and then 40 mins. I ended up cancel the order. The wait is crazy long for just a lunch.
Slowest service ever. I tried multiple routes for ordering and am stuck waiting 30-40 mins. Pregnancy cravings have the best of me or I’d never be back. Tried to email corporate about this but got a bounce back.
I used to love their Houston location and went at least once a week sometimes up to 4 times. The Chicago location is horrible, smaller portion sizes, less kind staff, and horrendous wait times. I was literally their only customer and they took 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches.
Excellent management, layout, food, and employees. Everyone is super nice and helpful!
Went twice with simple orders, both took nearly an hour to be ready.
