I tried this place for the first time today. I got the heirloom tomato BLT and tomato soup. It was absolutely delicious beyond words! Everything was fresh. The flavor was amazing. Not to mention as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest gal ever! I wish I would have gotten her name, but I know it started with an A. Customer service was a 1000! I will definitely be back to try other menu items that I've had my eye on. Oh, and get the lemon cheesecake cookies!
I love Mendo Farms sandwiches, but the service was sub-par. When i arrived, the staff totally ignored me until i asked for help to order. Touchscreen at counter i.plies you can order since no one was at the counter, but nope, it's just the menu. Very long wait- 20 min for 2 sandwiches?!?). And no, the store wasn't busy (no lines, about 3 people at tables). You can do better mendo!
Horrible service. They legit don’t know what they’re doing. One wrong order after another. They weren’t even that busy and kept messing up. There was no sense of team work between the staff. Waited 40 minutes for one salad and a soup.
My wife and I stopped by Mendocino Farms in Mill Valley and tried the Caribbean Steak Sandwich along with the Goat Cheese Citrus Salad, both were absolutely amazing. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well made. Super glad to have a Mendocino Farms here in Mill Valley now. We’ll definitely be coming in weekly!
