Not good service. San Mateo location has way better service. They don’t use certain ingredient for customized sandwich ( peaches can only be used in the menu item but nowhere else) but San Mateo location happily placed a customized order sandwich. So I don’t think it is impossible.
Great staff & service!
Every toasted Sando was burnt. All bread was super dry. Turkey was super dry. No men’s bathroom. Kids PB&J is toasted even though not mentioned on the menu, kids wouldn’t eat it. This place is terrible.
Good food, very good service, great options for vegan and vegetarian. Dining inside can be a bit noisy; not always but sometimes, especially when it's busy - that's the only reason for four stars in atmosphere. I've been here many times, and will keep going back, both to this location and to other Mendocino Farms locations.
