Unremarkable chocolate chip cookie. I hate to be negative about one of baking’s finest discoveries, but, really, there must be standards. The cookie was dry, albeit well-cooked, and tasted bland. Chocolate chips were sparsely incorporated, leaving each bite as textureless as the next. I’ve had much worse, but if you are deciding whether it is worth the calories, go home and heat up some Tollhouse dough, or save the $3.50 and put a chocolate nib on a pair of jeans you no longer care for and chew on that instead.
