Ordered a sandwich that took over an hour :( I love mendocino, but this location actually sucks. Def need to order 1.5 hours ahead of time.
This is my favorite place to order from BUT the management is fumbling its success. They get tons of orders but are always severely understaffed in the kitchen. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES. Sometimes sandwiches will take an hour to make.
I ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 hour 15 mins later they’ve yet to make it. I can’t tell if there’s actually just nobody there. Nobody picks up the phone either and there’s nobody to ask. It’s just 10 minutes of Mendocino ads
I ordered 23 boxed sandwiches for a lunch meeting. Food was fabulous - fresh, great ingredients , wonderful flavors, and it wasn’t heavy yet filling. Each box was labeled with the type of sandwich, so no guessing. Delivery was prompt. Would definitely order again.
Last week I ordered 3 tofu banh mi and 1 happy hippie sandwich. I had raved about the bahn mi to my family as this is what I usually order and was excited for them to try it. However all three were extremely salty and ended up eating something else. Happy hippie was great though I ordered the happy hippie again today and it's been over an hour - still haven't received it. I have always loved Mendocino farms but it's becoming inconsistent/unreliable
