We brought a car yesterday from Mendip Autoserve yesterday and one a few years back and both were brilliant! Fantastic service soon as we got there, Sales able to provide all the information we need on the vehicle straight away. I called the garage about a car I had seen on Autotrader. Since I wasn't local, I would need to ask questions via email and have a video sent before making a purchase. I was told the salesperson was not available that day, but if I reserved, I would be contacted the next day. I reserved the car and waited... nothing. I bought a car from this garage yesterday and was very happy with the whole experience. Josh was great to deal with and wasn’t pushy and made the whole process enjoyable. Would recommend this garage! Very impressed with the car!

Travelled 100 miles round trip only to be told they'd sold the car I paid to reserve, was then told I lied about reserving it and had to produce proof on my banking app. Please please avoid these clowns
