I had an amazing time here. The staff was beyond helpful and they care. If anyone thinks any different then they must have come for the wrong reasons. I had been to numerous treatment centers in the past so I know how other places can be. Rehab isn’t easy, and sometimes it’s a lot easier to blame everyone else for how hard things are. If someone you know is struggling, with addiction talk to them about treatment. Don’t just send them off and think they’ll be ok. They have to want it. This place literally saved my life. The staff is quality and the experience was an incredible gift. Horse therapy can have a huge impact on anyone struggling with trauma and addiction. The food, the queen size beds, smores around the campfire at night...The lightening shows and all the sounds of nature brought me back from my near death experience. I walk with purpose now and quite frankly couldn't of done it without the loving compassion of Mending Fences. It is a shame to read negative comments about such a magical place. ... read more
