After 3 professional visits from local gas certified plumbers, they refused to hook up my gas line to the meter due to Mr. Mendez not obtaining the required Johnson City Permit. Now, I have a gas fire pit that I can't use. Reached out to Mendez twice which he finally contacted me back. He stated that he would be out to take a look and never showed up. NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP ON FRIDAY 9/6/24. WAS SCHEDULED AT 3PM. GUESS THEY DON'T NEED THE BUSINESS.
Needed to get my outdoor patio completed before delivery of a hot tub and the Mendez Staff delivered my request on time with beautiful results! I love it! Totally transformed my boring backyard into something spectacular for my family to enjoy for years to come. "Thank you" to all the guys who worked diligently to make this happen for me.
