VERY rude they told me if i needed to move the appointment just call so i did.. so omg she hung up on me.. claimed she heard from me be before. When i explained my situation, she said why did you do that? What did you do before? Like so cold , and crappy attitude. Thanks for jacking my 100 dollars. Quoted me 5000 for a child thats 17 and half. Least you could do is be nice. One day you will get what you deserve for treating people that way. 🫡
I contacted her for an initial conversation about a situation and she told me to email me if I needed further assistance with drawing up a rental agreement. I emailed, no response. I called a few days later, received an apology from the front desk. I received a follow-up question by email, which I responded within 13 minutes. This was July 30th.
