They are cold. This attorney exploits clients’ financial hardship and emotional vulnerability with excessive fees and no clear guidance. I contacted this office for help with a serious traffic citation and clearly explained my financial situation. I was quoted $750 for representation — higher than other local attorneys — and was told that if I needed a payment plan, it would cost an additional $250.
