This man was utterly incompetent and had HORRIBLE manners. All those years of supposed experience are worth NOTHING if you are rude and incapable of helping a patient. Went in for a stitches removal and when he told me to change masks from the one i was wearing (over my nose and mouth) i asked him what is the difference and he has the AUDACITY to tell me “oh now you’re going to wait” and walks out of the room.
