Having a terrible time with this office since they became my pcp
Dr. Mendes is great doctor, always hospitable, welcoming, extends the hand or palm of help, draw blood professionally without pain and strikes the vein precisely, knows a lot, if not all about medicine, human body biology, mechanism, and structure, side effects, although as all other doctors and human beings, he makes mistakes and prone to error, he calls right away with office visit results to discuss them and correct & remedy the disease, illness, medical problems, just not a bad guy indeed. Very good caring doctor, who actually takes time with patients. I drive from Boston to see dr. Mendes just because I haven’t met a better doctor. Has saved me from pain many times and had accommodated priority appointments even after hours. True doctor!
