Wonderful studio that both my children attend and enjoy. They have learned a lot about martial arts and discipline. They feel like they are a part of the martial arts family here.
Coach Mendes is super knowledgeable and down to earth, I love training here. If your new to martial arts this place is a great start.

Best instructors! Greg Mendes is incredibly gifted and talented working with the kids of all ages! I would recommend this dojo to anyone with kids (especially if the kids are struggling with listening skills, focus or sef discipline or self control, lack of respect...etc), it's one of the best ways to relearn these traits.
