No Stars. My worst experience with auto service ever and I have been getting cars fixed for over 40 years. I should have stayed away from them after my initial experience with them when they "forgot" to rush order a part. My second experience didn't require a major overall, but they had my car for over two weeks. Primary problem --too busy to get to it any sooner.
