GREAT! I had my system installed by Mendenhall Mechanical 4 or 5 years ago and it a great experience. We had a total install of heating and AC in the house, a new duct work as well. The technicians work efficiently and in a very professional manner. I didn't have to worry about a thing!
Great Communication Their service technicians generally speaking are very knowledgeable and have great communication with the customer. They perform their work on time as scheduled and every experience I've had with them had been very positive.
Very Fair Pricing Very fair pricing and I trust their judgement. I didn't have to worry about a thing, everything was completed on time as promised and at or below the quoted price.
Took Time Initially they sat with us for some time to explain what exactly they were doing and assessed our needs on the unit we required. We can to an agreement on what we wanted to install and they were transparent when addressing our concerns.
