I had a great experience at Orrock & Mendenhall Professional Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine! I came in and everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout my treatment. They took the time to explain everything, created a plan that worked for me, and helped me make steady progress. By the end of my therapy, I felt so much better, and I was able to get back to doing the things I enjoy without pain. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, caring, and effective physical therapy!
I want to start by saying that the medical staff was helpful, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me get better. My issue is not with the therapists—it is with the billing process. On my initial consultation, I was quoted one price using my insurance. When I returned for my next visit, I was unexpectedly asked to pay about 70% more for that first visit than I had originally been quoted. I had both of my knees replaced, and I could not have done it without the physical therapy at Orrock mendenhall sports medicine. They were amazing to work with, Kind and supportive. I would definitely recommend them.!
I love this place! The PT training is fantastic. They’ve helped me heal better than I thought would be possible. I’m also impressed with the kindness and integrity of each of the aides who has helped me. I love talking to them as we do the exercises. Each time I leave, I feel more optimistic about the future, because impressive young adults like those who work at Orrock-Mendenhall still exist!
Jonathan and Lucas are professional and knowledgeable. Otherwise, the daily training value varies widely based on who is working/available. I found that Ethan was the most confident and willing to show me how to improve. I appreciated that no quick-fixs were pushed on me, and that I was encouraged to work daily for my goals. They did forget to assign me to someone at least once, which was demoralizing. (Billing was also difficult, but when is it not?) Overall, I did improve and get stronger.
